Our middle of winter rich and bold Imperial Stout - Brewed with 1,100 lbs in total of Maris Otter, Chocolate malt, Caramel malt, and rolled Oats that filled the mash tun to the brim. Mashed at several temperatures to encourage complete extraction and boiled for six hours with a dextrose addition to reach a starting gravity of 32 plato. Fermented with WLP001 and organic Vermont maple syrup. Cold conditioned at 0°C for twelve weeks.
