A collaboration with Emma - Biere Ohne Bart. Our wild card wine-beer hybrids are all fully fermented by natural yeasts on the grape skins. when you combine excellent organic grapes from the Hofflin winery and organic maiz from best malts, you can sometimes just let the ingredients speak for themselves

Poured at just over fridge temp. Pours an opaque orange with quickly disappearing head. The nose is super tart and funky. Grape skins, saltwater toffee, fresh oranges, and a touch of mint. Funky! The taste is wonderful. Not really sour - more funky and sweet. Candy sweetness is there for sure. Lemons, oranges, apricots, again saltwater toffee, apple peel, and a grassy/earthy note.
