An intensely iridescent orange colour. The head is ecru in colour, high, moderately persistent, and clings slightly to the glass.
Highly intense aroma, sweet, hoppy and fruity (citrus).
The flavour is delicately sweet and sour at the same time, with a pleasant, stronger bitter counterpoint. The bitterness seems ‘dry’ and sharp. It is not very pronounced, but it is the dominant feature.
The alcohol is well-hidden. The texture is smooth, slippery and soft. The body is full. The aftertaste is long, sweet and tart with a bitter finish.
