A dark, roasty and rich beer that remains amazingly light and crisp at the same time. All the perceived sweetness actually comes from the ground Kiawe pods, providing an array of nutty, caramel, chocolate and even smoky impressions, underlined and emphasized by rich Kona vanilla beans. The mouthfeel is creamy at first, building into more roasted character and just a slight, savory bitterness from all its components.
