Copenhagen 15/2 2025. 33 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. with a drawing of a tree made to withk like a money safe. Instead of money they are stashing hops away.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head, Stable. Settles as paperthin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a stronger sharp grainy ad citric scent. Sweet pale malts bread and a bit of sweet peach. Sour grains, citrus and metallic alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tongling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone and a touch of alcohol Lingers for a while, Finish is semi-dry.
Potent and well-balanced.
