Reddish chestnut colour slightly hazy. White foam, high with a moderately long reduction time, decorates the glass nicely.
Aroma sweet, caramel, there is toffee, a slight note of burnt caramel, bread or rather parched bread crust.
Taste slightly bitter, only in the finish the bitterness is stronger, longer, with an herbal and caramel character.
Medium saturation upwards, slightly effervescent. Texture smooth soft. Body medium minus, at times the liquid seems watery. Aftertaste long dry.
