Dark brown colour, cloudy. Beige foam, low and impermanent. It melts quite quickly to a few frothy islets.
Aroma is definitely 'xmas', there's clove, cinnamon, gingerbread, caramel, there's a lacquer roasted note, maybe even slightly burnt. It's sweet.
Taste: it's not as sweet as the aroma of this beer would suggest. Of course, there is a "gingerbread" sweetness but further on there are rather dry, bitter, herbal and spice notes.
Medium saturation. Smooth texture. Body medium downwards. Aftertaste long dry with slight acidity on the short finish.
