DIPA brewed with Phantasm sauvignon blanc wine powder from Phantasm NZ and Sabro Incognito from Yakima Valley Hops, dry hopped excessively with Hallertau Blanc, Nelson Sauvin, and Strata hops for their joosey white grape characteristics and to put it over the top we added EVEN MORE THIOLS (no idea, but it's really popular) with a barrel of Sauvignon Blanc wine pomace. We also brought in that Omega Yeast Cosmic Punch yeast to do it's thing and it totally did!

Grain: Pilsner, Malted Oats, Flaked Oats, Spelt & Dextrin
