Copenhagen 25/2. 2024. 37,5 cl bottle with both a cap and a cork. Simple white label with a green hexagon and the name of the beer and breweries in black.
Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Bubbly. Disappears fairly fast leaving only a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor soon overpowered by a sour scent of tart unripe berries. Sweet peach and currants. Tart gooseberries with a sinus touch of vinegar.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a tad thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is tart and dry.
Fine sour specimen.
