Bespoke Brewing "Thirsty Pilgrim"
$6/pint on tap at the brewery on 11 August 2022
Look: A clear golden body is capped by a short head of white foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Sweetish and grainy malt with a hint of floral and herbal hop character.
Taste: Sweetish and grainy malt is accented by mildly floral and lightly herbal notes and a hint of lemon. A moderate to median bitterness balances it nicely with sweetish malt upfront but a mainly dry finish.
Feel: Light-medium in body and crisp.
Overall: A well-made and easy to drink Pilsner.
