Look: A straw gold body is capped by a short head of bright white foam. Good to very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Lightly sweet, grainy, wheaty, and grassy.
Taste: The flavor follows the aroma with some additional apple-like fruitiness. A balanced bitterness leads to a dry conclusion.
Feel: Light-medium in body and crisp.
Overall: A basic, easy to drink Köln-style beer.
