HI DEF is a DIPA brewed with loads of Citra, Azacca, and Sabro hops. We pulled out all the stops in terms of the NEIPA style on this one. Big, juicy flavors of mango orange juice fade into a creamy, coconut-like finish. Very low bitterness with just enough bite to help cut through a full, sweet finish.

Look: Very hazy golden-orange body beneath a short head of densely creamy bright white foam. Good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Fruity with orange and other tropical notes over a grainy malt base.
Taste: Grainy, sweet malt is threaded through with notes of mango and orange. The alcohol is fairly well cloaked. It's solidly bitter leading to a dry finish with lingering fruit and earthiness.
Feel: Medium bodied and crisp.
Overall: A solid Double IPA.
