Poured from the tap at the Brewery Exchange into a Rapscallion chalice. Color is amber. It is clear with moderate carbonation and a thin white head.
Smells of candy-sweetness and orange peel.
Tastes of subtle tropical fruits and floral esters. The Belgian yeast comes through, finishes with faint hop bitterness.
This beer was light and refreshing, and deceivingly strong in alcohol.
