Blind-tasted except for the beer's name, ABV% and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)...
L- Mid brown and must have poured with moderate sediment despite my usually trying to keep it in the bottle. Further thick sediment has been left in the bottle. 1Cm pale tan head, holds v well and forms lacing on the way down...
S- I have a blocked nose but I seem to get a fruit note, perhaps apple.
T- I immediately seem to taste apple too, with a minor sense of sour. At that moment it made me think of ale+cider 'snakebite' mix. Belgium ester notes follow and a mildly hoppy-dry finish.
F- Interesting as it goes from a minor touch sour through to hoppy-dry without going via 'at all rich' feeling. I also don't sense the %ABV clearly either, it seems mostly masked behind the lightly sour/hoppy aspect.
O- It's really nice and something different. Nothing stands out, shouts or dominates the whole. I'd happily buy drink this one again.
Review/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the bottle lables to see what I missed! ... not much else, > brewed at the family farm using their own barley.
330ml bottle BB: 06-2022 £4.25 Bought from BeautifulBeers/BurySt.Edmunds as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London.

L: dark-red copper color , gives a fingertip high head in the glass when i pour it, lacing seems moderate
S: Aroma is dark fruits, like figues, dates and raisins, caramel, burnt sugar, floral hops
T: candy sugar ,sweet caramel ,dark fruits, bitter hops
F: First is the instant warm feeling that comes from the high alchol content that are quite visible in the taste, bitterness is well balanced, with a moderate carbonation
O: Not a bad beer at all , is the 3 beer style i tried from Ellezoille and they all been good, but unfortunatelly i don,t think they have een any top rating beers. is a lot of much better beers in belgium. When that is said the beer is not bad at all , and very enjoyable, is just that it comes far from the really top beers in Belgium.
The design on the bottle was kind of cool by the way

Very classic amber, a little disappointing for its lack of taste. Nice clear color and some carbonation, but nothing more. Not really better than any good other amber beer you'd get.

This beer hits all the right notes. Beautiful color, aroma and taste. perfectly smooth and readily drinkable. Enjoying this on a cool fall rainy day. It fits the environment perfectly....
