At the brewery
Pours a nice looking color. The color is somewhere between orange and amber. Not very clear, as expected. There's a bit of an ff white head that's around the rim of the glass.
Nose has decent notes of plum, caramel and toffee.
The plum starts off the flavor parade. The plum lingers and is added to, on the back, by caramel and toffee. These flavors linger in my palate.
Very full bodied. Very smooth. I know this is a sipper, but there's no burn at all.
I am very impressed with this beer, and would gladly have again.
