Appearance - The beer had a leathery brown appearance with carbonation clinging to the sides of the glass.
Smell - The nose was not overly sweet. It had notes of dark fruit and leather.
Taste - The profile was not exceptionally sweet. It had notes of Cherry and toffee which were allowed to linger because of the huge party. Dry leather notes lingered and finish.
Mouthfeel - The body on this beer was huge, it was dense like cement.
Overall - This was a solid example of the style
