Appearance - The beer was inky black with a tan head at the top of the glass.
Smell - There was much coffee in the nose.
Taste - The initial taste sang with dark sweet roasted coffee. It was like sweet coffee tar. The beer was a little hot but not burning. The sweetness was a little cloying and produced a slight off flavor.
Mouthfeel - The body had some viscosity that coated the tongue nicely.
Overall - Not my favorite Gnosis stout, but quite good.
