Appearane: Pours a clear caramel color with just a hint of a hazy film on top; speckles cling to the glass
Smell: Boozy caramel and stone fruit with a slightly burnt aspect
Taste: Caramel and stone fruit forward with a slightly burnt element building; a touch of earthy hop in the middle but the overall impression is sweet
Mouthfeel: Full bodied and sticky with no carbonation
Overall: I enjoy a good English Barleywine and this has an interesting angle with the caramelized honey; I wish it had a bit more hop presence to cut the sweetness

Appearance - The beer was copper in color with visible carbonation and a small white head.
Smell - The beer radiates sweetness with notes of buttery honey.
Taste - At the front, it was biscuit malts drizzled with honey. There was a light bitterness from the hops. Caramel topped vanilla ice cream came with the finish.
Mouthfeel - The body was sticky with sweetness, coating the tongue as it lingered.
Overall - This was special.
