Nocte base rested on cocoa nibs and mint for a stout reminiscent of a hotel pillow mint chocolate.

Appearance - The beer had an oily black color with a deep tan head.
Smell - The beer had a strong mint nose. It was like Scope in aerosol form.
Taste -Smooth liquid Andes mints. There was chocolate surrounding the mint. It was not mint extract, but tasted really fresh. There was a slight burn at the finish.
Mouthfeel - The body was thick and coated the tongue with its high viscosity.
Overall - Not my favorite Nocte, but quite tasty.
