Copenhagen 18/5 2023. 33 cl can from DrikBeer web-shop. Colorful Northern lights on the can.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a stronger sharp citric scent. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lime. A bit acerbic.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a tad watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is rather dry.
Fine nose but a bit watery.
