Pretty impressive head that sticks on the side of the glass. Golden colour. Sweet malty aroma. Thanks for writing the ingredients in multiple languages on the label.
Full of flavour, reminds me a little of the pop corn you buy at the cinema. And a little of weetabix and crunchy nut cornflakes. Unlike most commercial Ukrainian beers, it has a very clean and well balanced flavour. Hops add an interesting bitterness and aftertaste. For the price, it's amazing. I'm not always a huge fan of Helles, or beers with wheat in, however this has enough dryness and hops to perfectly balance the malt sweetness. Mouth feel is full and creamy.
Really impressive Helles from a country not know for Helles, mega impressed.

Copenhagen 28/1 2023. 33 cl can from DrikBeer web shop. Dark blue can in Underwood’s usual style.
Pours almost clear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a sourish, grainy scent. Sweet pale malts, sharp, unforgiving grains.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sweetish and flat.
Flat, sweet and pretty uninteresting.
