Pineapple juice, juicy, green chili like Serrano.
Sweet canned pineapple juice. It’s really not sour like pineapple nor a sour beer. The second layer of flavor is quite fresh, crunchy green chili, not spicy. Faint cinnamon, or really indistinct spice, lurks in the finish.
Soft, smoothie sour light feel.
Genuinely unique and delicious beer.
