Clear golden amber brew with plenty of coarse foam in the Troubadour tulip. Aromatic with cornbread, lemon bars, and lime peel. Plenty of carbonation, a medium body, and a malty sweetness to start. Quite fruity but zingy with the citrus. Moderate bitterness with that green lime taste lasting long. Overall quite a pleasant hoppy brew in what seems like quite a string of more restrained IPAs lately. From the 16 oz can purchased at at O'Shea Brewing. Not dated that I can see but has a QR code for the curious.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a light to medium golden amber with a one finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and tropical fruit hops, orange, grapefruit, light mixed tropical fruit and a little dankness. Flavor is pale malt, citrus, dank and tropical fruit hops, orange, lemon, grapefruit, mild tropical fruit, catty dankness and a touch of pine; good citrus rind bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A solid West Coast leaning IPA with a pleasant citrus rind dankness dominated hop bill, but with light tropical fruit and pine notes. Although the listed hops are traditional West Coast varieties, I would have guessed that Mosaic (not listed) was the main hop due to the mixtures of flavors. The Citra character is quite strong too. Enjoyable.
