Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the Faust Weizen glass. Clean, warm, and friendly sort of PIlsner. Substantial mouthfeel with plenty of carbonation. Rather malty and on the sweet side, with nuts and caramel. After some sipping this becomes more grainy with a long resiny aftertaste. This is quite an interesting brew and manages to be different from the many Pilsners on the market this last year. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Not dated.
