Handsome clear golden amber with plenty of foam in the St. Bernardus globe. Aromatic with melon and a bit of citrus. Overall this is a really nice example of more restrained hops with just enough bitterness. The Motueka seems like a nice choice for a "modern" IPA. Flavors of melon, dark honey, and Challah bread. Some green notes with a hint of cucumber. From the 16 oz can purchased at San Diego Wine & Beer Co. Not dated but a current taproom brew.

Crushable west coast, on tap at Seek. Hops Taste good, smooth mouthfeel.
