You know we love a West Coast Pils here at Seek. Brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe, this one is heavy in the Nelson and boy is it good! A bright aroma of white grape and sweet fruit, it’s so pleasant on the nose. Slightly effervescent, the Nelson comes out strong with notes of sweet grape, which balances well with the tangerine flavors of the Simcoe. Ever so slightly dry, this one finishes with a snappy bitterness and a burst of sweet fruit. Coming in at 5.6% ABV, this is a perfect beer.
