Reddish colour, quite dark, almost muddy. Limpid.
Fresh and white foam, compact, but quickly falling.
Smell of caramel, mou, light toasted.
Taste sweet, with a sharp fruity note (citron, peach). Ripe cherry, grapes. A little sourish.
The body is light.
Tart aftertaste, lightly astringent.
A lack of hop.
