Faint nose of melon blossoms and clove honey give way to a white bread and dry, straw body.
Malt: Pilsner, 2-Row, Maris Otter, Munich, Torrified Wheat

On tap at the brewery. Pours amber with white head. Medium crisp body. Taste is of herbal hops, bready malt and citrus fruit. Long dry finish. It tastes more like pale ale than kolsch.
