German-inspired lager brewed with barley and Wisconsin-grown hops, fermented with German lager yeast in an oak foeder, before extended cold conditioning.

Poured a thick tight head that dissipated but kept until end with a few breaks. Mahogany color. Nose is full and bready and cracked malt. Taste is rounded with roasted bready malt. A bit on the sweeter side but highly drinkable. Well-made and unique beer with quality.
