Witbier-inspired beer brewed with 50% barley, 50% unmalted wheat, a bit of oats, Wisconsin-grown hops, organic coriander seed, and organic chamomile blossoms. Open-fermented with a Lithuanian farmhouse ale yeast. Naturally conditioned in the can and keg.
