Poured from 330mL bottle into a tall kitchen glass. Best by 3/22/23.
Appearance: pale medium golden hue with a moderate haze and a thick head of frothy ivory foam. It's a good look.
Smell: when I first opened the bottle, there was a definite skunkiness, despite it being a brown bottle. Further whiffs have a nice wheatiness and a mild dash of coriander -- but perhaps still a tiny bit of that original skunk. Hard to judge a beer down for what might be mishandling, but still, this could be better.
Taste: wheaty but kind of flat in flavor with some spicing but not enough to really juice the thing up. Skunk notwithstanding, at least the aroma was more interesting than this. Not bad, but just not very compelling.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: not the worst witbier out there, but there is definitely room for improvement here.
