Poured from a bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Clear light golden pour with a finger of fizzy white head. Sediment at the finish... modest lacing.
S: Tart and peachy. Funky and acidic.
T.F: Follows the nose. Tartness and funk. Lemon... strong peach and stone fruit. Lighter mango and citrus peel. Moderate acidity and a bit of oak. Medium to light bodied... zesty carbonation. More peach juice at the finish.
O: A delicious peach forward sour. Great beer and super drinkable.

Draft at the brewery
No head, clear light straw blond color
Nose super sour funk similar to a good lambic, tart lemony and fruity acidic funk with plenty of souring bacteria, but plenty of fresh peach as well, juicy
Taste big peach, loads of fresh peach, into mild boozy alcohol and tingle, with acidity and funk, low lambic like souring bacteria funk, hint of oak, little barnyard Brett funk too like stinky cheese, candied peach and fresh peach juice later, drier but sticky flemmy finish and more alcohol and acidity tingly
Mouth is med bod, decent fizzy carb, plenty of tingly acidity and alcohol
Overall petty nice, great base sour and nice big peach on top
