Poured from a bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Nearly clear light golden pour with a good finger of white fluffy head. Falls fast with good lacing. A bit of sediment at the finish.
S: Tart and citrusy... chardonnay.
T.F: Follows the nose. Tart and fruity. Grape and white wine mixed with oak. Lighter pear and lemony citrus. Modest funk... low acidity. Medium to light bodied. More white wine and fruit at the finish.
O: An outstanding white wine barrel aged brew. Easy drinking and refreshing. Really enjoyed this beer.
