Poured from a bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip. Purchased direct from the brewery.
L: Initial pour is a clear maroon rose pour... later pour cloudy with sediment. Thin fizzy white head... modest ring of lacing.
S: Tart fruit and jam. Berry sweetness and a bit of funk.
T/F: Follows the nose. Loads of tart fruit... summer jam... raspberry and baking cherry. Merlot, grape must, oak, and a bit of funk. Tart without being sour... modest funk and spice. Earthy. Medium to light bodied... sticky on the tongue. More raspberry at the finish.
O: An outstanding barrel aged sour from Two Rivers. Super beer... very glad I got to snag a bottle.
