Sampled at the source, pulled from a Boon-marked barrel by Uli Kremer during Toer De Geuze 2019. Exceptional character, bursting with grapefruit and lemon, dusty dry oak, it had a lot going on. Clean with a citric tartness, zero acetic presence. An exceptional lambic, at 18 months old.
