This was an experimental draft blend served at Hanssens during Toer De Geuze 2019. Quick review from notes.
Hazy golden tone with a ring of foam around the edges. Aroma was less lambic and more champagne from the cava. Taste was tart, apple, grape, champagne yeast tanginess. It had an effervescent boost from the cava as well. Overall it was more of a spritzer drink than anything, fun to try the experiment, but it wasn't all that memorable.
