Process & tasting notes: Washed Away by Sea is a wine barrel-aged Gose spiced with coriander seed and sea salt and our interpretation of the saline-tart beers of Leipzig.

This beer gives us the platonic ideal of a perfect salt-preserved lemon slice; aromatically mouthwatering with citrus and pineapple, soft floral notes mid palate, and complex earthiness with a refreshing, saltwater finish to cleanse.

Washed Away by Sea is a beer dedicated to younger days of being tossed in the Pacific; the taste of saltwater and exhilaration of catching the next wave.
