16oz can purchased at Community Pint, in Spokane, Washington, for $7. Canned on April 11, 2024, per the stamp on the bottom of the can.

Poured into a pseudo-IPA glass, this was a milky yellow color with a big, sudsy, off-white head. Lots of lace.

Nose was of fruity hops. The workers at the olfactory noted aromas similar to citrus and tropical fruits.

More mild in fruitiness in flavor than in aroma. Slight pithy dryness at the swallow.

Body somewhere between light and medium. Slightly watery mouth feel.

I like the name and label as someone who was in their late toddler years when Star Wars came out, but this one was kind of forgettable. I've yet to have a beer from this brewery that's done much for me.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy, medium golden amber with a two finger white head with great retention and thick lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus and fruit hops, orange, mixed tropical fruit, especially pineapple and a touch of dankness. Flavor is caramel malt, citrus and tropical fruit hops, mixed tropical and stone fruit, orange and tangerine; estery finish with low to moderate bitterness. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. I expected a hazy here because of the double dry hopping with three hops, but it pours fairly clear with just a hint of haze. The aroma was classic caramel malt and a lot of mosaic hop character with the citrus. The flavor leans very much to a hazy tropical fruitiness and the finishing bitterness is just barely enough to make me happy. Fortunately, the hop bill is wonderful, and although somewhat busy, has interesting and complementary fruit forward flavors with a nice estery element in the finish. I still would have liked a bit more bitterness in the finish, but I'm old fashioned; I still enjoyed this one quite a bit. This is a hazyish IPA I'd get again.
