Clear golden amber with plenty of foam in the Stella Artois goblet. Light aroma of apricot. Sudsy mouthfeel. Quite dry with flavors of citrus peel and plum skins. Just a touch of malt. Astringent aftertaste. This is a lighter style of IPA with moderate bitterness and somewhat subdued hoppiness. Still, you wouldn't mistake it for anything but an IPA. It's interesting for a few sips but quite austere overall. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.
