This beer pours a nice golden color with a fairly small head that goes away quickly. The aroma is lemony and cereal grains. The taste is similar to the aroma with a slight bitterness that continues to the finish. Rated 5-5-2024

Sort of a chill haze on the amber brew. Plenty of foam in the tall goblet. Odd aroma of greens and a hint of apple cider vinegar. Flavor is unlike any other PIlsner I've tasted. It's quite resiny, or stemmy, and eventually slightly bitter. Dry and herbal with a mineral finish. Tastes like green beans, green apricot, and a bit of lime peel. Maybe grassy is the word I'm looking for. In any case, it's missing something, like a Margarita without the tequila, though it's quite drinkable. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 11/XX/23.
