Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the snifter. Aroma of citrus and avocado with green grass. Very tangy on the tongue with ample carbonation and a sharp sensation. Lots of citrus peel and a grapefruit finish. Quite bitter aftertaste. Overall this is a robust and over the top hoppy brew. Definitely for those who are worthy! From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham. Dated 01/25/26. Hops: Cascade, Mosaic, and Nelson.
