This West Coast IPA is dry-hopped with the hoppy trinity of Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe hops for flavors and aromas of citrus, stonefruit, ripe berries and pine. Proceeds of this IPA benefit our local Columbia Land Trust in conserving the beautiful natural areas we love along the Columbia River.

16oz can. Bottom date stamp is '04/11/24', about eight months in the can,
Partly cloudy, straw colored body. One finger of white head immediately begins its retreat to bubbly islands and a ring. Leaves behind a few scattered spots of lacing.
Aroma of orange and grapefruit citrus, pine resin, berry (strawberry and blueberry), and peach.
Taste expresses some noticeable bitterness but also fruit sweetness. Citrus, berry, pine, and peach/apricot. Introduces some onion. Grapefruit pith and pine continue into the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Drying finish. Hop spiciness but no burn. Very good carbonation.
Lacks body clarity to be an old school West Coast IPA but brings a strong assortment of fruit and pine flavors. Still seems fresh enough, even with its months in the ca.
