Together with Great Notion, we have brewed a new West Coast IPA to express our true feelings for one another. Rom Com IPA starts with a hot side addition of Strata and Meridian Hops before a Dip Hop of Strata CGX. More Strata and Meridian find their way into the Dry Hop before we introduce a new element to the relationship - HBC-1019. A new hop with expressive sweet fruit, citrus and cream caramel notes.
