Pours a dark amber with soft head.
Smell is mild and fruity with notes of citrus, apple and some floral hints.
Taste isn fruity nd a bit floral with notes of citrus, bread and some minerals. Everything is marred by a clear note of green apples, though.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a drinkable pale ale, but obviously flawed. Hope to try another batch at some point.
