This is a rating from a challenging point in time for them; very different from when they first opened and hopefully different from when anyone reading this review visits.
The "bones" of the place is old industrial and they have their "big boilers" behind glass walls so the appearance is top notch. Sadly, like so many local businesses, they lost key personnel (head brewer for example) and the original lineup of beers went with them. (Much sadness, they used to have a RIS "Empress" that was really good)
The food is okay to quite good, it's never disappointed but seldom wowed. That may already be addressed.
Summary, it was once really good, is merely okay at this point in time, hopefully the future brings back some better ratings (and the Empress!)

Revisited the brewery almost a year later than first visit. They had six of their beers on tap with more coming. Visited the brewery when they were between brewers so there was no in-house brews available. Did have a good selection on tap so I had no problem. Very pleasant staff. Good sized brewery with street side parking and a nice size parking lot. Lots of tables and booths.

My wife and I stopped here to try their beers. The place is located in a multiple-occupancy building that is located along the main street thru town and at the eastern edge of the downtown area. A parking lot is to one side. A U-shaped bar with seating is just inside the entrance, and there are plenty of booths, tables/chairs. A partially-covered patio is to the rear of the building (umbrellas for other tables). The interior of the place is more like a restaurant or sports bar (there were 8-9 TVs in the bar area) than a pub except that you can see the brewing equipment thru a wall of windows, but the vibe was okay. We arrived after the lunch rush, so our server wasn't busy and was very attentive.

There are 12 taps for their beers, but unfortunately they were out of 4 that were most desirable for us so we had to choose a flight of 4 that two that we were 'neutral' on for likability. Each was brewed fairly well to style, but there was nothing exciting about them, and no defects were noted. They just hired a new brewer so I hope things get better. In the meantime, no beers are available to replace the ones that were out. There are two guest beers plus bottles/cans of a few macro offerings.

We ordered a pretzel for something to snack on with the beers, but no other foods. The food menu looked to be typical pub foods. There are spirits and wine offered for non-beer drinkers. It's an okay place, but I'd be curious to see what their new brewer can produce.
