En god Bayer er som en real oppstrammer - et kobberfarget beist på boks, som bare venter på å temmes. Noen vil si at The Bayer and the Beast er farlig lett å drikke,, og vi er ikke uenige- den er "gørrgod".

September 2017: 330 ml bottle, probably from Vaaland, Bryne. ABV is 4.7%. Reddish brown colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. "Unfinished" aroma of yeast, stale jam, wood and caramel. The flavour is not very sweet, with a little fruit, brown bread, nuts and hints of caramel.
