Julestria kan være vanskelig - eller "trælåt" som vi sier her på Røros - til og med for nissen. Dette hadde vi i bakhodet da vi brygget årets julebokk, lagret på eikefat, og akkurat sterkt, mørkt og maltrikt nok til å lose oss alle trygt gjennom. God jul!

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Black colour, creamy tan head. Aroma of roast malts and dark bread, hints of burnt breadcrumbs and mild spices. Malty flavour, not too sweet, moderate roasty notes, hints of mild coffee and dark bread. Moderate bittering hops in the finish.
