750ml bottle. No dating information found. Purchased at Nouvelle Brewing (half priced bottles on Thursday).
Partly cloudy straw colored body. Multi finger head upon initial pour, with a pillow top. Swirling rising bubble show. Leaves behind webs of lacing.
Toasted bread malts, with esters that express bubble gum, cloves, and banana.
Taste follows the nose, with the malt base and expressed ester flavors of banana and cloves. Some green apple fruit. All continue into the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Dry finish with the yeast. Excellent carbonation.
Checks all the boxes for style. Very easy to drink, slightly sweet along with the dry finish.
