Ripple pours radiant gold with a thick off-white foam. Ripe pear, orange zest, light banana on the nose. On the sip you notice prickly carbonation that subsides with esters of orange, banana, pear, and apple with a touch of honey and spicy pepper and subtle alcohol sweetness. Medium bodied and very easy drinking.
