Oats add a smooth mouthfeel to this rich roasty stout. Dried cherry and coffee aromas blend perfectly with the flavor of toffee and dark chocolate.

Crowler can, marked '14' on the label, which I take to be a filling date of October 14th.
Black colored body. with a multi finger dark tan head. The head settles back to a pillowy cap, and leaves scattered patterns of lacing.
Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate and toffee.
Taste is dark roasted malts, and the expressions of dark roast coffee and chocolate. Also there is a bit of dark cherry. Dark roast coffee in the aftertaste.
Seems thin for mouth feel but has some oat silkiness. Good carbonation. Rather a dry finish.
Stays away from being sweet and has good structure, with the addition of the oat mouth feel.
